Christian Job Corps of Gillespie County (CJCGC) is excited to host an open house for anyone interested in learning more about job readiness training for women and men. The open house will be held on Tuesday, August 20th at 5:30 pm in the CJCGC Training Center located at Memorial Presbyterian Church, 601 N. Milam Street. The open house will include an overview presentation of what participants can expect and how training will benefit their lives, families and friends. Staff will be available before and after the presentation to answer questions.
Christian Job Corps of Gillespie County will start its next men’s Direction Training Program on September 9th and women’s Connect Training Program on September 10th. Applications are due by September 5th. Programs are provided without expense to participants thanks to generous partners, including meals and training materials.

Christian Job Corps of Gillespie County equips women and men to find success in employment and life by developing the job skills and tools needed to obtain more than just a job. CJCGC training programs empower men and women to grow in self-confidence and character. Finally, CJCGC supports participants through a community of professionals and leaders who are dedicated to seeing each and every participant achieve their goals.
