Are overqualified in current job
Work more than one job or 40+ hours to make ends meet
Not confident to pursue goals or lack work ethics.
You empower 200 hours of soft and hard skill training through the Job Readiness Internship to help our neighbors find their God-given purpose and gain skills to gain sustainable employment.
You empower job search assistance and coaching through the Job Resource Center to help our neighbors find a new or better job.
You empower awareness of education/training resource to Upskill Fredericksburg and real career pathways available in Gillespie County.
